The ElastiTag™ Applicator is designed specifically for the automatic application of Elastitag™ Neck Tags in a high-speed environment.
The machine is designed to handle a range of necked bottles or containers in the following sizes:
• Incorporates a band-expanding wheel that separates each tag from the web as it rotates the tag to the bottom of the wheel. The wheel releases the tag over the neck of the bottle and the timing screw discharges the bottle onto the customer’s conveyor
• Stand-alone machine allows it to be rolled up to your existing conveyor and apply tags to a single lane of bottles as they are conveyed through the packaging process
• Multiple servo axis allows for fast, accurate changeovers and on the fly adjustments
• Minimal retooling required, making for quicker changeovers
• User-friendly operator interface engineered specifically with the end user in mind
• Photo-eye product signal
• Auto-splice of rolls of tags for continuous operation
• Speeds up to 450 tags per minute depending upon product size and characteristics.
• Individual tags on web.
